Apprentices Begin Three-Year Program

Congratulations to Heath Ramey and Clint Hatfield on being selected for our inaugural Industrial Maintenance Apprenticeship Program! Their strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude and dedication to HCL® earned them this opportunity to grow their skills and expertise.

 

Heath (top) has been a valued member of our team for three and a half years, most recently serving as a Print Production Associate. Clint (bottom) joined HCL® just over a year ago as a Facilities Maintenance Technician and has demonstrated the skill and initiative that led to his selection.

 

Over the next three years, they'll complete 6,000 hours of hands-on training and 435 hours of classroom instruction, working toward an Ohio Industrial Maintenance Technician Journeyman's Card — a nationally recognized credential.

 

The launch of this apprenticeship program reflects our belief that investing in our people strengthens our company and our communities.
